Beverly Repouille is director of the Council Bluffs Stake Family History Center. Repouille stated that the Center is a great resource for anyone interested in genealogy and who wants to trace their family history. She demonstrated her pedigree chart showing eight generations of ancestors. Anyone is welcome to visit the Family History Center (712-309-0172) to learn about genealogy resources and methods to create their family history. Repouille emphasized that it is important to write down now the memories and experiences you have so that future generations will know you. These personal experiences make your part of the family history unique and interesting. There is a great amount of family history being made available from public documents through the internet, Repouille explained. She surprised Pres. FUNKHOUSER with a binder of his family history, compiled from public record sources, without his direct input.
